Tom is the owner and sells most of his scooter to the students at University of Illinois.
His store is right by the University, the school is very impressive to walk around and check out the bookstore for souvenirs. Lot of local restaurants nearby.
He is also a HUGE Cubs fan and will talk everything about his favorite team.
